Le Meridien Pegasus Catering Staff can provide a menu for your consideration or, if you have specific needs, we'll be happy to customize a menu for your event. We are here to provide the best dining experience for your guests. We have four types of function menu available:
- Cocktail
- Dinner
- Buffet
- Children's.
These Menu-types provide a wide variety of options and prices to choose from. Should you prefer, we would be happy to accommodate any changes to existing menus or any special requests you may have. We can either create a menu based on your direction or you can submit a menu for our approval.
Menu changes are subject to price adjustment. Menu changes can be made up to 48 hours in advance. For safety reasons, all food must be supplied and prepared by the Hotel. Beverages are supplied by the Hotel and are priced based on consumption.
- All Private Individual
Functions must be guaranteed at least one week in advance with a deposit.
- For Private Individual Functions, a G$40,000 deposit will be required to reserve function space for all social functions. Additional deposits may be required.
- For our corporate clients, payment will be due upon receipt of invoice.
- Food guarantees must also be made with a deposit one week prior to the scheduled function.
- Numbers and food adjustments can be made forty-eight hours in advance of the scheduled function date.
- Beverages are invoiced on a consumption basis.
- Our corporate clients will automatically be considered guaranteed.
